If required, they can be on site within 24 hours by appointment. Our technicians are regionally distributed and therefore quickly on the spot.

"Rebuilt" - The new machine overhaul 

Even though our machines are top class in quality and durability. After intensive work, even the best machine wears out over time.

This is where our rebuild programme comes into play. Worn out/defective components are replaced (according to the current regulations).

So you get your usual machine back and can continue working where you left off.

Nevertheless, after the rebuild you have practically a new machine tool in front of you.

Installation & commissioning

DInstallation and commissioning is a complex process that can have an impact on the reliability and production quality of your machines.
With the experience of our service technicians, you can shorten commissioning times and thus increase your process reliability.
We check the parameterisation and settings of all components as well as the integration of all other system parts.
Parallel to the test operation, your employees are instructed in the operation of the Wagner machine.
